After the parcel has been shipped, you may receive an email from the customs agency, customs broker or carrier handling customs clearance in the USA. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
5. PAYMENT REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
You must follow the instructions in the email and pay all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges requested by the customs agency or carrier.

Customs clearance and additional charges
Orders shipped from Poland to the United States may be subject to customs clearance. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other import-related charges are determined by the relevant authorities, customs agency or carrier and are not controlled by our store.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other customs-related charges are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping cost paid in our store.
The recipient is responsible for completing all required customs formalities and paying any charges requested in connection with the import of the parcel.
For this reason, please monitor the email address provided with your order after receiving the shipping confirmation. The customs agency or carrier may contact you directly and may require payment before the parcel can be released for delivery.
Important information about unclaimed parcels
If you do not complete the customs formalities or do not pay the required customs or import charges and the parcel is returned to us, the cost of the return shipment and any additional charges related to the return will be deducted from your refund.
By placing an order for delivery to the USA, you acknowledge that customs clearance may be required and that any charges imposed during the import procedure are the responsibility of the recipient.
